We do not start with a blank page. We ingest "Public DNA" (ISO 28000, Incoterms, and other standards) to seed a crystalline base structure that anchors everything that follows.

01. Markup — Inverse Generative Design

Raw chaos enters the system. The AI Markup Agent refactors unstructured documents into executable logic, attaching every extracted rule to its source clause.

02. Stress Test — The 50-80-90 Cycle

We generate 10,000 synthetic "Ghost Nodes" to fracture the model and find the breaking points before the client does. Edge cases are surfaced before deployment, not after.

03. Governance — Symbolic Verification

Logic Gates activate. Traffic lights govern the flow: green for valid actions, Signal Orange for human review. Every decision is checked against the rules before it commits, and every violation is flagged with the specific clause that was breached.
